The Eddie is On

Today is the first day of the Billabong Pipe Masters waiting period. The swell is huge so the event is on hold. However just down the Kam Highway 20 foot waves are breaking at Waimea. It’s big and consistent enough for the Eddie Aikau Big Wave Invitational to get underway. I’m heading down there to watch it all happen, you can see it live here.
