MICK WINS HURLEY PRO!!!

Mick Fanning has claimed victory at the 2009 Hurley Pro at Trestles in California. Mick out-surfed an inform Dane Reynolds in the final, posting an 8.5 and an 8.9 to secure the win. Mick’s been one of the most consistent performers at the event in the past five years but this is his first win at Trestles. The win also sees Mick claim a winners prize worth $US105,000, the biggest ever given in the history of professional surfing.
